Snow Report:

One of our members rode in Wyoming departing from Albany on 2/9/12. "Six inches of new powder and we were the first ones to go up T. Tried to go on W, but the powder was very deep and the trail seemed to be untraveled. Turned around because we were sinking up to our waist in snow even though we were still ON the trail!

The North end of T was wind blown and from the intersection at U it looked like U was pretty wind blown and choppy as well. It was really snowing and windy at this point, so trying to get to "The Place" for lunch was not going to happen.

Light snow fall all day and mild on the lower part of T and on Q towards Albany."

Some riding reports from the week of December 4th 2011:

Thursday 12/7/11, Albany, Wyoming:

Trails in great shape with a few inches of new snow. Meadows and off-trail riding still at your own risk, as there remain lots of down trees and obstacles due to the current snow depth.

Friday 12/8/11, Woods Landing, Wyoming:

Trails look good but off-trail powder is only a couple feet deep.
